SNCR-SCR injection systems

We can also offer complete solutions and systems for the injection of additives for use in flue gas cleaning, which, like the burners and industrial injection systems, are designed and produced in-house.

These can be used as both Selective Non Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) deNOx and in combination with an SCR Catalyst.

• For the atomization of liquid urea/ammonia solution we have complete systems with a capacity of 1 – 80 l/h.
• For small capacities of 0-10l/h, our Microskid HC-01 is very suitable.
• For larger capacities 0 – 30 l/h and 0 – 80 l/h, we offer our skid mounted systems LC-01 and LC-02 (dual pump).
• On request we also supply systems up to 400 l/h.

 

Each system has its own PLC control which controls the dosing of the urea/ammonia solution based on the NOx measurement signal provided by the customer.
