Industrial injection systems
For the atomization of liquid fuels and waste streams, we offer various basic concepts of spraying. The choice for a particular atomization is made based on the properties of the fuel and/or waste stream.
Our concepts of atomization:
- Internal mixing atomization and
- Ultrasonic atomization (of 1 or 2 liquids simultaneously)
Our atomization concepts are characterized by a very fine atomization (the shape is adjustable) and the fact that no moving parts and/or high pressures are required for the atomization.
This only causes very limited wear or erosion of the injectors.
Compressed air, steam or any other compressed gas can be used as an atomization medium.
The atomization capacities range from 1 – 4,000 liters/h per injector.
Several liquid injectors can be installed in our burners.
In addition, the spray lances are often used independently for atomizing various liquids on (existing) combustion chambers.
In addition to the above mentioned spraying concepts, we also provide an injection system for the injection of sludge.
